Always rent "Oceanfront" which means that the complex is only steps from the beach.
If you rent from condos that use similar terms like "ocean side" and "ocean view" you may find
yourself walking across the road and having to walk through someone else's complex in order to
get to the beach. Or you can walk down the road a bit and find a public through way.
Remember... "Oceanfront" is the key term.
